The New York Times – “Energy for Tomorrow,” Paris

In November 2016, Deb Frodl spoke on a panel providing insight into how GE, through Ecomagination, has set aggressive targets to help boost the bottom line and make progress for the environment. The overall panel discussed how businesses are using new technologies to innovate in a carbon-constrained economy.

World Future Energy Summit, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

At the World Future Energy Summit in January 2016, Deb Frodl gave a keynote address about Egypt’s future energy mix. Both Deb and Ecomagination Director Libby Wayman also participated in panel discussions providing insight into Ecomagination during the conference.

Fast Company Innovation Festival, New York, NY

Ecomagination’s Deb Frodl, Tony Neal-Graves, VP, Internet of Things and Internet Solutions at Intel, Jeremy Heimans, CEO of Purpose and Jenny Fielding, a Managing Director at Techstars, spoke at the Fast Company Innovation Festival in November 2016, The panel focused on the impact that digital technology can have on operational efficiency and emissions reduction.

UN Global Compact Leaders Summit, New York, NY

Deb Frodl addressed the UN Global Compact Leaders Summit in June 2016. During her session, she spoke about sustainable business being the new normal. She discussed how Ecomagination strategy has helped GE to continue to innovate, and how this innovation has been a growth driver.
